We build agentic AI and AI-powered tools for the Global Pathogen Analysis Platform (GPAP), a free platform that helps scientists and public health authorities detect, track and analyze infectious diseases.
Visit gpap.global →Curated pathogen bioinformatics tools and AI models, such as genome and protein language models.
AI agents that act as a co-pilot: they run analyses, interpret genomic data and summarize results for public health users.
We deploy AI reliably and at scale, so users get a seamless experience without building or running their own models.
Free to use, independent of commercial interests, and users keep full ownership of their data.
GPAP is a secure online infrastructure that brings together genomic data on viruses, bacteria and parasites with other data such as climate, human mobility and food trade. It is designed for low- and middle-income countries, with activator sites that pilot the platform and build local outbreak detection capacity.
GPAP is hosted at the DTU National Food Institute, with partner nodes at the University of Copenhagen, Statens Serum Institut and Imperial College London. It is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
